Fruit contains the natural sugar called fructose, which should take care of your sweet tooth. When eating at home, you can make several delicious fruit deserts like mixing sugar-free Jello-O with diced apples and bananas. You can also mix a cup of non-fat cottage cheese with blueberries or strawberries.
