Abdomen: Rectus Abdominus, Internal Obligues, External Obliques, Transversus

Pelvic Placement Neutral and Imprint/Scoop
Rib Cage Placement Lateral Thoracic Breathing

Axial Elongation Lengthening the spine from back top of head to tailbone
